Shuswap journey

Summary: This fiction novel set in a time period of early colonization is an adventure and a journey in Shuswap country. A group of Shuswap women are abducted by a neighbouring Indian tribe from over the Rocky Mountains, and a great story of trouble and triumph unfolds. The story is told through the eyes of a captured young girl who is the Chiefs daughter and he will not give up on finding her. Based on a traditional Shuswap legend, the author takes us to a time back in the memory of his ancestors.
