Summary:
Darby O'Gill and the little people. Set in Ireland, a roguish old story teller tumbles into a well and visits the land of leprachauns who give him three wishes in order to rearrange his life. When he tries to tell his friends what happened, they think that it is only another one of his stories.
Gnome-mobile. Jasper, a two foot high gnome, has been searching for a suitable bride to please his 900 year-old grandfather. He gets help from two children after a chance encounter with them in the forest. Trouble ensues when a showman discovers the gnomes and masterminds a kidnapping plot.
The one and only, genuine, original family band. The 1888 presidential race between Grover Cleveland and Benjamin Harrison is enlivened by a Democrat and his Republican group.
Happiest millionaire. The story of a butler's daughter who must overcome her butler father's eccentricities to find a husband.
