Summary:
"When the new governor of Spanish California, Don Diego (Alain Delon), witnesses the harsh control that corrupt Colonel Huerta (Stanley Baker) has over the region's people, he vows to liberate them from Huerta's oppression. But in order to escape an inevitable attempt on his life, Diego must fight the evil colonel in secret--thus he assumes the identity of Zorro. With the helpf of the virtuous monk Francisco, (Giampiero Albertini) and the lovely noblewoman Hortensia (Ottavia Piccolo), Zorro and company take a stand against Huerta in the name of freedom, justice, and equality."--
